Privacy Policy

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the message you write. We use that information for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and arrange locksmith service. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with advertisers.

If you call or text the number listed on this site, your phone number and the content of that conversation reach us through your phone carrier, not through this website.

Like most websites, ours records standard technical details when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site or search that sent you here. We use this to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site working.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure how the site is used. It sets cookies in your browser and reports aggregated visit data to us. We do not use it to identify you personally. You can opt out site-wide with Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them does not stop any part of this site from working.

Only these vendors receive data from this website:

• Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage measurement, as described above.
• Google reCAPTCHA v2 — protects the contact form from automated spam. Google collects hardware and software information and behaviour data to tell people from bots, under its own privacy policy.
• Google Maps — the map on our contact page is embedded from Google and loads under Google’s terms.
• Resend — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox and sends you a confirmation. Your submission passes through their servers in transit.
• Housecall Pro — our “Book Online” button hands you off to Housecall Pro’s booking page. Anything you enter there is covered by their privacy policy, not this one.
• Vercel — hosts this website and keeps short-lived server logs that include IP addresses.

Links to Facebook, YouTube, and Yelp leave this site. We do not run tracking pixels for those platforms, but once you follow a link their own policies apply.

Contact form emails stay in our business inbox for as long as we may need them to serve you and to keep ordinary business records. Google Analytics data is retained on Google’s standard schedule. Ask us and we will delete your enquiry.

This site is served over HTTPS, so anything you submit is encrypted in transit. Access to our inbox and hosting is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email a101locksmith@gmail.com or call 615-900-5555. We will respond within a reasonable time.

This site is meant for adults arranging locksmith service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.

If we add or remove a service that handles your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Please check back occasionally.
